What makes Virtual LockBox so incredible is YOU. Your life is more than a collection of memories in a shoe box. You know that. And so do we.
Virtual LockBoxTM, a project of ShareMyLife Inc, started when we realized there was a need to better share and capture life's precious memories with those we hold closest in our lives. Many of us at Virtual LockBox had lost someone vital to our lives. We wished we had said certain things, shared more and told our loved ones how important they were to us; but ran out of time. We also wondered what those special people would have said to us given the opportunity. What came out of this emotional need for more connection is Virtual LockBox - an online tool to keep those special people close to us, even after they're gone.
Virtual LockBox began as a means for people to document personal life experiences, preserve memories, and ensure that their life story be told. But, we soon realized that the applications of Virtual LockBox were endless, limited only by the imagination. Virtual LockBox could be used to celebrate life's everyday moments like sending a loved one a birthday message or saying hello to a special friend.
We truly believe that our lives indeed have impact on those we care about and that the memories we share live on indefinitely. With Virtual LockBox, you can continue to connect, share your legacy and your love with others.

Jeff Booth - Chairman & Co-Founder
Jeff Booth is the visionary and co-founder of Virtual LockBox. He's also the co-founder and CEO of BuildDirect - recognized as one of the most innovative companies in BC and one of the top growth companies in Canada, doing business in over 100 countries.
Jeff measures success by his contribution to others and by the success of those around him. He thrives on creating leaders, touching people's lives and making a difference. His vision for Virtual LockBox was to create opportunities for people to tell their stories in a way that would provide comfort and connection to the special people in their lives.
He wants everyone to remember that in the chaos of life today where there is little time, we take a step back to remember what is most important in life: friends, family, relationships.
Chris Nickerson - Co-Founder
Chris Nickerson is the co-founder of Virtual LockBox. Connecting with people and hearing their stories has always been a passion for Chris. For him, everyone holds a rich and fascinating history ripe with laughter, hope, and wonderment, that needs to be preserved and shared.
He envisioned Virtual LockBox as a means to connect loved ones forever. When his father passed away at the young age of 61, he left behind many untold stories, and Chris never had the opportunity to fully know him. Virtual LockBox is the forum to ensure untold stories, like Chris' father's, are told.
Chris lives in Ontario with his wife and their 3 amazing boys. He knows that when his three sons begin to ask him questions about his own life, he will tell them everything.
Sanjay Maharaj - President & CEO
Sanjay Maharaj is the President and CEO of Virtual LockBox. When Sanjay first heard about the concept of Virtual LockBox, Sanjay knew he had found his passion and had to become part of it. Sanjay loves being able to deliver a platform in which people can share their memories and connect with each other.
Sanjay attributes his entrepreneurial spirit to his father who built the largest subcontractor operation in Fiji. Sanjay's first job dealt with sales and construction management. it was at that point that he realized that nothing in life is impossible.
In year 2000, Sanjay helped start-up what is now the world's largest online building supplies vendor, BuildDirect.com and it was there that he first met Jeff Booth (President and CEO of BuildDirect) - they became great friends and colleagues. Sanjay is married to the love of his life. His greatest joy is spending time with his young, growing family.
