By using VLB, you agree to all the terms as laid out on this document whether you become a member or not. By becoming a member you acknowledge that you have read the terms and privacy policy by indicating your acceptance of the same, you agree to its content and to fully abide by the contents. The term "user" and "member" refers to the person whether registered or not registered on this site and utilizes any functions of VLB. The term "content" refers to any files in any format uploaded by the member to VLB. User hereby declares that he/she is of legal age and above the age of 13 Contents Contents herein refers to all articles, images, videos, audio messages uploaded and posted by the member. All contents posted and uploaded on VLB by members remains the sole property of the members but ShareMyLife Inc. has exclusive use to all such contents under licence free of charge (please refer to content ownership) and contents must be free of nudity, pornography, adult oriented material, obscene language, excessively violent, sexually explicit, and racial and sexually discriminating materials and free from discriminatory, hate-inducing or violent content and content which infringes on the rights of others. This site shall not and must not be used for business purposes and used to promote or sell any type of drugs, firearms, alcohol, tobacco, counterfeit goods or services, or any illegal products or services including goods or services which violate patent and copyright laws. You as a member this website are responsible for the information and contents posted by you on this application and network and such content and information shall be free from nudity, obscene language, excessively violent, sexually explicit, and racial and sexually discriminating materials. ShareMyLife Inc. and VLB assumes no responsibility or liability for all contents provided by the members or his/her invitees to the website. It is your responsibility to contact ShareMyLife Inc. and report any misuse. In order to protect minors, no email addresses of anyone under the age of 13 shall be given out. Following contents are not acceptable (but not limited to) to be uploaded onto the website:

• Violent or foul and abusive language

• Child pornography

• Worms, viruses and any other harmful infringements

• Transmission of any contents which are prohibited under any law
• Any material which violates International copyright and patent and human rights laws.

Virtual LockBox^TM should not be used as the final safe keeper of any contents by the member. Virtual LockBox^TM should only be used as a tool to communicate to and with others and share contents with others. Users should ensure that they find other means and methods to ensure that their valuable possessions and contents and important files are kept safely somewhere else. Virtual LockBox^TM will not assume responsibility for any loss of files or contents uploaded by the user to the database. User acknowledges that ShareMyLife Inc. And Virtual LockBox^TM has not made any representations to the user as the final safe keeper on any of their contents. User acknowledges that he/she will not hold ShareMyLife Inc and Virtual LockBox^TM liable or responsible for loss of acocunt or contents and that the user is using the website and lockbox functions at their own risk. Sole Discretion ShareMyLife Inc. has the right in using its sole discretion to refuse to post and remove any or all contents should it be deemed to violate its content policy. If any such discretion is exercised, we reserve the right to terminate your membership and restrict your access to the website and applications without notice and without liability and without explanation of the reasons. If such action is pursued by ShareMyLife Inc. the user will hold ShareMyLife Inc. harmless and free from any legal claims, actions and proceedings. Screening for content All contents uploaded by the user will not be screened by ShareMyLife Inc. and it is the responsibility of the user to ensure that all contents are free from materials as described earlier under contents. The registered user creating an account and profile and uploading contents for a designated recipient will hold ShareMyLife Inc. harmless and not liable for any material deemed to be malicious by the person for whom the contents has been created and uploaded. The registered user and member of VLB assumes full responsibility for all contents and will be liable for all contents uploaded to the website and applications. Membership Eligibility Wherever applicable, use of this website is void where it is prohibited by local, state, provincial and federal and international laws. All members and invitees must not be under the age of 13. All contents uploaded including all registration information must be true and accurate and the accuracy of all information must be maintained at all times by the members or invitees. It is the responsibility of the user to keep him or her updated on the terms as it may change from time to time as no formal notice of such changes may necessarily be sent to the user at any given time. Membership Duration The terms shall be applicable and enforceable and remain in full force as long as you remain a member of the website regardless of whether you use the services or not. You may terminate your membership at any time. However; this terms and agreement shall remain in force and effective indefinitely after such termination of such membership. Username and Email The username you choose and the email address you provide when you become a member and create a profile is your responsibility to keep private and confidential. At no given time should you use a username, email address of another member or should you disclose your own username or password to any third party. It is your responsibility to notify ShareMyLife Inc. on any unauthorized use you may suspect of your user name and email address. You hereby give consent to ShareMyLife Inc. to communicate with you by email address given by you without any limitations whatsoever. Any changes to this mode of communication shall only be made in writing to ShareMyLife Inc. Usage This website and applications are for the sole use of its members only and must not be used in any commercial form or venture expect where approved in writing by ShareMyLife Inc. The contents of the web site including all contents uploaded by the members including usernames, email addresses shall not be used in any illegal form by members including but not limited to sending spam, unsolicited emails, framing or linking to the website. Members shall not use their profile to advertise commercial or personal activities, affiliates links and any other forms of solicitation. Members deemed to be engaged in this form of activity will be removed and their profile and/or their membership may be terminated without notice and all privileges associated with the membership will lapse and cease to exist. Legal action will be commenced on any illegal usage or unauthorized usages of this application and website. ShareMyLife Inc. reserves the right to limit the emails exchanges between members should the usage is deemed inappropriate. Content Ownership ShareMyLife Inc. shall not have any claim to any ownership on the contents uploaded by the members. The user hereby acknowledges that no contents will be uploaded to the website which infringes on copyright and trademark laws. User agrees that content will not infringe any but not limited to copyright, patent, trademark, trade secret or other proprietary or intellectual property or violate the rights of any person or constitute an invasion of privacy under any laws or jurisdiction and will hold ShareMyLife Inc. harmless and not liable for any violation which may arise out of the contents uploaded or used by the user. The member will always ensure that all contents are and will remain free at all times from all computer viruses, worms, and trojan horses and other malicious code. All contents uploaded by the member is strictly for the purpose of viewing the website and using the applications and for sharing information with other members for non-commercial purposes and in accordance with the terms of this agreement. ShareMyLife Inc. will not be held responsible or liable for loss of any or all contents uploaded by the members for any reason whatsoever (such reasons could include a database malfunction). Members are to ensure that all contents which they deem valuable to them are properly backed up and extra copies are kept elsewhere and not to rely on this website as the sole safe keeper of all their contents. Members shall not sell, copy, modify, edit, translate, publish, reprint, distribute, advertise, publicise, and transmit any contents not posted by the member. ShareMyLife Inc. assumes no responsibility or liability and will not monitor any virtual lockbox and its contents posted by members. It is the sole responsibility of the user to upload contents at their discretion and contents which are not offensive, illegal or has the intention or capability to harm and threaten the safety of any person or individual and contents which violate any local, state, and federal and international laws. ShareMyLife Inc. does not endorse any contents posted by members on the website. Members are solely responsible for the contents or any information transmitted and communicated to other members and the member agrees that ShareMyLife Inc. does not have any control over any such contents communicated or transmitted to other members via Virtual LockBox^TM. Contents are not reviewed by ShareMyLife Inc. and we make no warranties whether expressed or implied as to the accuracy of all such contents. While all care will be taken ShareMyLife Inc. assumes no responsibility for loss of data, content or failure to deliver the lockbox on designated dates and events on any Virtual Lockbox created by the member. The member hereby indemnifies ShareMyLife Inc. against any claims, proceedings, civil or criminal actions if such loss occurs and/or failure to delivery lockboxes on designated dates and events. Prohibitions Users and Members are prohibited from:

• Covering and obscuring banner advertisements by any means whatsoever on any pages of the website including personal profile pages.
• Overburdening the website or the network connected with ShareMyLife Inc. and Virtual LockBox^TM.
• Impersonating anyone whether he/she is a member of this site or not
• Selling or transferring their profile
• Using the account, username, password, email of another person and /or disclosing their username, password to a third party
• Misusing any information contained on the website in order to cause harm, injury or to harass another person or persons
• Accepting payment and any other form of compensation by performing any illegal activities and/or commercial activities on the website.
• Using the services of the website in any manner which violates any laws governing the members jurisdiction
• Using any automated tools including but not limited use of spiders, robots, offline readers which will cause harm to the website and applications
• Collecting any personal information including email addresses for commercial purpose and any other activities which can be harmful to other members
• Without limiting the general application of this rule, users and members may not utilize the services to copy material from third parties without proper authorization, traffic in illegal drugs, illegal gambling, export encryption software in violation of applicable export control laws or utilize the services that violates applicable laws.
• Users must not use this service to transfer any product or service obtained illegally and any transfers which violate copyright and patent and distribution laws

Copyright Laws Members must not upload any content or modify, edit and make changes to any contents which are proprietary in nature and are protected by trademarks, patents and copyright laws. Such contents must have prior written approval of the owner and if copyright laws are violated, ShareMyLife Inc.reserves the right to cancel the membership privileges. ShareMyLife Inc. will not monitor contents for such violations and assumes that all contents uploaded by members are their own original work and content material. Should any such copyright material be posted by others which are copyright material belonging to another member, then the onus is on that member to provide ShareMyLife Inc. with all necessary documentary evidence after which ShareMyLife Inc. will request the member to remove such content within 5 working days. If such content is not removed, then ShareMyLife Inc. reserves the right to remove such contents and cancel or terminate the membership. ShareMyLife Inc. will not be held liable and shall not be party to any legal action commenced by a member against another member for copyright violation. Disputes between members shall be solved between themselves without involving ShareMyLife Inc. Disclaimers

• Employees, officers, agents and representatives, investors, founders and any other affiliates of ShareMyLife Inc. is not responsible for any contents posted by the members and as such are not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information and contents posted on the website and any applications.
• ShareMyLife Inc. under no circumstances are responsible for the conduct of members online and offline and will not and shall not be held responsible for any loss, injury, death, loss of data and information.
• ShareMyLife Inc. is not responsible and assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, deletion, defect, delay in operation and transmission of messages, delay in communication between members, failure and destruction of any members equipment including software failure, technical malfunction of any telephone, internet network belonging to the member or user of the website.
• ShareMyLife Inc. has not issued any warranties of any kind whether expressed or implied to any member or user of the website; members have the use of the website on an "AS IS" basis. ShareMyLife Inc. does not warrant that the website and applications will be available at all given times and locations uninterrupted or secure and free from viruses and other harmful utilities. All contents are uploaded and downloaded at your own risk and you are solely responsible for any damage to your computer system and any other device suffered through such upload and download.

Advertisements User hereby acknowledges that they may be exposed to internet advertisements on this application and website and hereby consent to such advertisements being displayed on the application and website. Governing Laws This agreement and the terms shall be governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia, Canada and any disputes shall be governed by the dispute mechanism provided under such laws. Minors By registering your profile on the website and applications, you certify that you are not a minor under governing laws and not under the age of 13. Indemnity You agree to indemnify and hold ShareMyLife Inc. its subsidiaries, and affiliates and their respective officers, agents, partners and employees, harmless from any loss, liability, claim, or demand, including reasonable attorneys fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your use the Virtual LockBox^TM website or applications. ShareMyLife Inc. will not be held liable or responsible for in the event that any data and/or contents uploaded to the website by the member /creator goes missing and/or a particular message or messages are not delivered to the designated recipient on the designated time and date. ShareMyLife Inc. will not be held responsible and liable for and the user will hold ShareMyLife Inc. harmless and not responsible for in the event that any or all of the contents loaded into any module created by the user goes missing or are deleted either intentionally or unintentionally or through factors beyond the control of ShareMyLife Inc. If such a thing occurs, ShareMyLife Inc. will not be held responsible for notifying users of such an occurrence. All care will be taken to protect the contents stored and uploaded with the website and applications but ShareMyLife Inc.cannot guarantee that all contents will be secure and free from loss or deletion. ShareMyLife Inc.and Virtual LockBox trademark, service marks, logos or other names and marks and related products and service names, design marks and slogans are the sole and exclusive property of ShareMyLife Inc. User may not use any of the foregoing in any advertising, publicity, or in any other commercial manner without the express written approval and consent of ShareMyLife Inc. Except as expressly provided, ShareMyLife Inc. makes no representations, warranties or guaranties of any kind express or implied with respect to the services it provides. ShareMyLife Inc. cannot guarantee continuous service and access to its website at any particular time, integrity of data, information or content stored or transmitted via the internet. ShareMyLife Inc. will not be held liable for any unauthorized access to or any corruption, erasure, theft, destruction, alteration or inadvertent disclosure of data or contents or information transmitted, received on its system. ShareMyLife Inc. reserves the right to change its subscription rates at any given time without notice and any such increases to subscription and storage rates will be applicable at the renewal anniversary date. Any comments or questions on the terms and conditions should be made in writing to ShareMyLife Inc. from our "contact us" button. Subscription All subscriptions to Virtual LockBox^TM are subject to automatic renewal on anniversary date. User consents to automatic renewal through their chosen payment method at the time of original purchase. No refunds will be made for any subscriptions cancelled prior to renewal/anniversary date and no refunds will be made to subscriptions cancelled on remaining months. Members will have full access to their account and contents when subscription cancelled up to their anniversary date after which members will not be have to access any contents on any lockboxes or create new lockbox unless subscription is renewed. All event and date driven lockboxes which are active and scheduled for delivery after the member cancels the subscription will automatically be put on hold and placed in our archive file and will not be delivered to the lockbox recipient till the member renews their subscription. Similarly unopened event driven lock boxes will be placed into our archive file and with no access allowed to the recipient till member has renewed their subscription. Subscription rates are subject to change without notice and such rates will be applicable subscripotion renewals. ShareMyLife Inc. reserves the right to change the amount of storage space available at any given time,such changes will be effective immediately. User agrees to comply with the terms and conditions of the third party payment processing company used by ShareMyLife Inc and their privacy policy. It is the sole responsiblity of users to familiarize themselves with such terms and conditons and privacy policy before making any payment or transactions.
